One of the goals of Parkway is to instill in our students the value of servant leadership. To accomplish this task, students serve with a variety of mission-oriented organizations. One such organization is LifeBuilders, at which our students always enjoy volunteering their time. This year we began a partnership with LifeBuilders whereby PCS and LifeBuilders obtain sponsorships for their elementary students to attend Parkway. We were blessed to receive three sponsorships, and have witnessed such success with this program that we are looking to expand. Our prayer is to enable ten students to attend Parkway next year. Please consider becoming involved in this endeavor so we can share the Parkway experience with others. You can give a one-time gift, a yearly pledge, or a monthly pledge. Together we can make a difference, and be living examples for the students at Parkway.

The mission of LifeBUILDERS is to restore dignity and provide hope to the residents of Regent Park, a Northeast Detroit neighborhood. This is accomplished in three ways: by empowering our youth with life skills and providing opportunities to grow and learn in a safe environment, by reclaiming an entire neighborhood from the effects of disinvestment by providing high quality affordable housing, and by building a community of shared values, trust and hope for the future, all grounded in the truth of God’s Word.
What They Do...
Since 2005, LifeBUILDERS has been committed to restoring Regent Park, to the flourishing East Detroit community that it once was. Our multi-faceted approach to community development and restoration has gained widespread attention!
Join the Mission...
We could not accomplish our mission in this community if it was not for the partnership and 'boots-on-the-ground' of corporations, ministries, and individuals who give their time to serve alongside us here. There's still more work that needs to be done!
