Tuition for Preschool (2025–2026)

  • FACTS payments accepted via checking, savings, or credit card
  • Credit card plan will incur a 2.85% processing fee per payment
  • Monthly payments via FACTS Management commencing after August 1, 2025 require first month’s tuition payment to the PCS Financial Office prior to the start of school.
  • Late Payment Policy: Every student is required to have a one month payment in reserve prior to starting school.  Payment is due on the 10th of every month and if the payment returns for non-sufficient funds, a replacement payment is required to be paid in the school office with cash or money order within 5 days.   Once an account has more than three delinquencies, if full payment is not made on the 10th, an attendance hold will be placed on the student(s) until payment is received.
  • Early Withdrawal: Should it become necessary for a student to withdraw during the school year, please submit the PCS Student Withdrawal form available HERE. Families withdrawing a student are responsible for all payments due through the end of the month when a withdrawal takes place. Attendance during part of a month is considered a full month for refund purposes.
